🕗This resource will be open 9AM–11PM EST on Monday, December 22nd! I will personally be on the line from 1pm-3pm, however there will be many other lovely trained breastfeeding counselors on the line throughout the day. 🤱

Have you heard the news? Using data analysis, the authors of this 2025 study found a causal link between being breastfed as a baby and a nearly 7% reduced risk of heart disease later in life. This is not by mistake. Nursing to sleep is biologically normal🩷
