In addition to helping small businesses bring AI in the right way, I also spend time working with independent living communities.

My goal is simple. I don’t want anyone to feel left behind as things change.

In these sessions, we focus on simple, safe, and practical ways to understand AI.

Some of the things I’ve heard:

“I feel included again.”
“I feel relevant.”
“I can’t wait to tell my kids I know what’s going on.”

That’s why this matters to me.

Whether it’s a business, a nonprofit, or a community, I believe people should feel confident, not overwhelmed, as they learn something new.

If you know a group or living facility that could benefit, I’d love to connect.

A lot of people ask me how I actually help businesses with AI.

I keep it simple. I call it crawl, walk, run.

Crawl
We start small. Understand what AI is and where it might actually help. No pressure, no big changes.

Walk
We put simple guidelines in place and use it in a few practical ways that save time and support your team.

Run
Only if it makes sense, we build on what’s working and go a little further.

Most businesses don’t need to jump in fast. They need to move in a way that feels safe, clear, and aligned with how they already operate.

AI may not be for everyone, but it’s not going away. My goal is to help businesses stay current without losing what makes them good at what they do.

Especially the small, local ones.

If your employees are using AI without guidelines… you’ve already lost control.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong.
Because no one showed them what right looks like.

They’re:
Trying things
Testing prompts
Guessing what’s okay

And that’s where risk quietly builds.

AI isn’t the problem.
Lack of structure is.

Hi, I’m Khris, and I help businesses roll out AI by educating teams, protecting brand and data, and bridging the gap between existing systems and new technology so AI actually gets used, and I’m excited to connect so please feel free to follow along.

Anyone else feel like they accidentally signed up for the advanced level of reinvention

I am a former educator turned entrepreneur, and I realized something. I am not only building a new career. I am building it on content that is new to me. AI consulting is a path I chose because the work is exciting and full of possibility. I am learning while building at the same time, and even though it can be a lot, it is the kind of growth that wakes me up.

I know I am not the only one creating something brand new in the middle of a career change.

How do you stay steady and focused when everything in your work life feels new
