😱 Did you know hackers can steal money from your iPhone without you ever unlocking it?
We just watched this eye-opening video from Veritasium and had to share it with our community — because this affects millions of people using tap-to-pay every single day.
Cybersecurity researchers from the University of Surrey and University of Birmingham demonstrated how they were able to exploit Apple's Express Transit Mode (the feature that lets you tap your phone to pay for a bus or train without unlocking it) to silently steal $10,000 from a device — completely bypassing the lock screen, Face ID, and customer verification. 😳
Here's what you can do RIGHT NOW to protect yourself:
🔒 Disable Express Transit Mode on your iPhone
(Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay → Express Transit Card → Turn it OFF)
💳 Avoid storing Visa cards in the Express Transit slot — Mastercard has stronger protections against this specific exploit
📲 Regularly review your bank and Apple Pay transactions for anything suspicious

🔐 Is Your Password Protecting You — or Putting You at Risk?
Did you know that "123456" and "password" are still among the most commonly used passwords in the world? If your passwords are short, simple, or reused across multiple accounts, you could be making it very easy for hackers to get in.
A few simple rules to follow:
✅ Use at least 12 characters
✅ Mix letters, numbers, and symbols
✅ Never reuse the same password on multiple accounts
