⚠️ Student-Athletes: Need an EKG? ⚠️

Healthcare Network is offering FREE EKG screenings for student-athletes in grades 8–12 on June 26 from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM at Nichols Community Health Center.

This event supports Florida's new EKG requirement (Second Chance Act), designed to help identify undiagnosed heart conditions before athletic participation.

Who needs an EKG?
✅ All incoming 9th-grade student-athletes
✅ Students in grades 10–12 who have never participated in an FHSAA-sanctioned sport
❌ Returning athletes do not need another EKG

Important:
• Pre-registration is required
• No walk-ups accepted
• Students must have a signed consent form or be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Take advantage of this free opportunity and get cleared before the season starts!

⚠️ Students with incomplete paperwork will be turned away.
⚠️ Parents will not be permitted inside the building.
⚠️ Families must keep a copy of the physical to upload into Aktivate.
