Job love:

▫️i take people of all fitness levels and put them through the exact same workout (group training not personal training lol)

▫️ I’ve met some of the best people through group fitness (both trainers and members)

▫️being told that a workout can be the highlight of someone’s day, makes all the hard days worth it

▫️fitness has taken me to different locations, cities, and settings

▫️there’s never a dull moment in this industry. Always a new certification, event, or person that comes into your life

▫️i get to workout sometimes too 😏

‼️ROTATIONAL AND ANTI ROTATIONAL CORE EXERCISES ‼️

Don’t get me wrong, I love my sit ups, hollow rocks, and v ups as much as the next person, but don’t leave out your rotational and anti rotational movements to build a strong core.

Here’s a few fancy ones I like:

🔻weighted marches (suitcase, front rack, or overhead)
🔻half kneeling windmills
🔻tall kneeling plate halos
🔻hanging oblique knee tucks
