17 tutors and 12 students on our last Sunday tutoring of this school year. We hope you all end strong! Mark your calendars for MONDAYS, starting June 8 at a new time 4 PM to 5:30 PM for our summer session. Past TT president and recent UIUC Grainger College of Engineering graduate Ally S stopped by!

We had 12 tutors and 11 students on Mother's Day! One more Sunday before we break before the summer. A reminder that in the summer, we will be meeting on Mondays from 4-5:30 PM starting on June 8.

In addition, long time Waubonsie PTA president, current IPPC president and champion and supporter of Team Tutors Shelby Schultz was honored with the news that WV PTA scholarship is now named in her honor!

A big thank you to KidsMatter for their $750 Teen Philanthropy Initiative (TPI) Grant, which they awarded at the Naperville City Council Chambers last night. We are proud of the work of our volunteers and inspired by the projects of the other grant recipients.

Special thanks to Fundraising chair Anshuman V, Incoming President Malini M, and Business chair Rajeshwari J for accepting on our behalf; to Anshuman and Founder Lauren L for drafting the proposal; to Anshuman, Technology chair Kundan B, and Recruitment/Publicity chair Tyler T for pitching to the TPI team; and parent advisors Mrs. Carroll and Mrs. Lee for their guidance!

Congrats to tutor Emily P on being selected to perform at the Waubonsie Senior Concerto concert! Spring session started this week and we had 18 tutors for 16 students.

Our corporate sponsor, Carroll College Consulting, is sharing “All About the Common App”, a free seminar for the community on April 22nd at 7 pm 95th St Library. Timely for high school juniors and all 9-11 families.
