Checking in. How are we doing? I hope everyone is doing well and caring for themselves the best they can!

This morning I've been thinking about a quote I once heard that states that we're the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with. In general, but especially during these times of social-distancing, I've been considering how this might also be true of our thoughts. What are our 5 most common thoughts? How are they framing our perspective? Which of them should we "defriend" to support our mental health and well-being?

Take care, my friends. May you be happy, may you be healthy, and may you be at peace! ❤️✌️

Now and always, teach to and from the heart.

Here's a great book recommendation for parents and teachers to remind us of what can and should be at the heart of education. (IMHO)
