*ALL ANIMALS HAVE BEEN REHOMED -THANK YOU*

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce The Vivarium will be closing its doors for the foreseeable future 😔

I have been pushing to find my way and path to make The Vivarium a reality for Nampa, Idaho since October 2020. I was confident in its success and ability to thrive. I have dedicated a large part of my life and income towards this business to succeed, but unfortunately I have come to the end of the road.

I want to thank everyone who believed in my vision, who supported the work I was doing and knew my intentions were always to help the animals, and educate owners of proper care for their pets.

With this closure comes the difficult task of finding wonderful homes for the animals currently in my care.

Adoption forms can be requested, mentioning which animal/s you are interested in. A small adoption fee will apply. Some animals do have enclosures available for sale as well. Proof of proper enclosure is necessary prior to bringing an animal home. I would be happy to assist in helping/guiding you in purchasing the proper equipment for each species so that it has the best life.

Again, thank you all for following my journey.

Have a gentle holiday 💚

Animals Available for Adoption: Attached pictures will have names in the order below.

*ADOPTED* 💛 June: Female Veiled Chameleon - Cage can be included with basking light, UVB and dripper. (4ftx3ftx2ft) Humidifier needed

*SURRENDERED TO SWIRR* 💛 Jack: Juvenile Red Tegu - He is 2 years old and is very food motivated. He needs a little more help with handling. He enjoys his baths and will snuggle in a towel after. He has a little sass but is a teenager and very workable! He needs a 8ftx3ftx3ft enclosure at minimum.

*ADOPTED* 💛 Ralph: Club Tail Iguana - *He is spazzy and darts but won't bite if you hold him. Enclosure can go with him, a new linear UVB is needed

*ADOPTED* 💛 Lentil: Male Corn Snake - He is petite and has a great personality. Enclosure available with adoption

*ADOPTED* 💛 Eve: Juvenile Female Green Iguana - She is about 3-3.5 years old and needs extra time with taming. Like most iguanas, its their timeline, not ours for when/if they calm down. She will need a 6ftHx3x3 enclosure at minimum.

*ADOPTED* 💛 Vanna 🥺: Juvenile Albino Burmese Python -They can get upwards of 14 ft when full grown. Please research. She is currently about 6 ft and 2 years old. She is a wonderful snake and handles very well. Because of her size I do use a snake hook to remove her from her enclosure so to prepare for when she is even bigger. She needs a 5x2x2 currently but will need an upgrade as she grows.

*ADOPTED* 💛 Gemma: Adult Female Uromastyx - She is a great girl! Her enclosure is available with her. She needs a 4x2x2 ft enclosure minimum.

* ADOPTED* 💛 Melvin: Male Leopard Gecko - He was surrendered with one blind eye, so his depth perception is off for hunting bugs. I tong feed him every 2-3 days. He is a sweet little guy. His enclosure is also available with him.

*ADOPTED* 💛 Roo: Adult Female Crested Gecko - She is a sweet girl, a little shy and hoppy. Her enclosure comes with her as well.

Found a jumping spider in our backyard and decided it was time to venture into owning a Phidippus audax. 🖤 It is a common jumping spider of North America. It is commonly referred to as the bold jumping spider or bold jumper. The spider belongs to the genus Phidippus, a group of jumping spiders easily identified both by their relatively large size and their iridescent chelicerae. Watching this little fella is so fulfilling and interesting. It has an orange "face" on its abdomen, perfect for Halloween. And, per usual, I went all out and created a small habitat for it as well 😊 🕷
