Our 3rd grade students enjoyed having a “GLOW🌟DAY” yesterday while learning about coral reefs! They had so much fun!

A massive round of applause to our incredible 4th and 5th grade students at BQJ Elementary School for their spectacular talent show performance—you all took the stage with such bravery and creativity that it was truly a performance to remember!

This show would not have been possible without the tireless dedication of Mrs. May and Mr. Eddy Lozano, whose hard work behind the scenes ensured every act was ready for the spotlight, and a huge shout-out to Mr. Campbell for being the ultimate MC!

We are so proud of the heart and soul our BQJ stars poured into this event, reminding us all just how much talent and school spirit we have in our BQJ community!

¡Un gran aplauso para nuestros increíbles estudiantes de 4.º y 5.º grado de la Escuela Primaria BQJ por su espectacular actuación en el programa de talentos; todos subieron al escenario con tanta valentía y creatividad que fue realmente una presentación para recordar!

Este espectáculo no hubiera sido posible sin la incansable dedicación de la Sra. May y el Sr. Eddy Lozano, cuyo arduo trabajo tras bambalinas aseguró que cada acto estuviera listo para brillar, y ¡un gran agradecimiento al Sr. Campbell por ser el mejor maestro de ceremonias!

Estamos muy orgullosos del corazón que nuestras estrellas de BQJ pusieron en este evento, recordándonos a todos el gran talento y espíritu escolar que tenemos en nuestra comunidad de BQJ.

Mrs. Moore, Ms. Simmons, Ms. Govan and Mrs. Jackson’s 3rd grade students studied a unit over Colonial America! They researched, created and presented projects on what life would look like during that time!

Ms. Contreras 3rd grade class presented projects on the Food Chain!
Everyone did a great job!

Mrs. Lumbley, the Nacogdoches ISD Teacher of the Year, is truly deserving of our highest accolades for her remarkable dedication to students at BQJ. We are thankful for her tireless efforts and anticipate her continued success.
