Please join us at WARD’S ICE CREAM ON FRIDAY AUGUST 21ST, starting at 3pm, for our first PTA Spirit Night to kick off and celebrate finishing the first week of school!!!!

WARD’S is a family owned business with multiple children who have went through SJE. We are excited to support local, and they will also be donating a portion from the night back to SJE PTA!

The PTA will be hosting a SNACK DRIVE during OPEN HOUSE on 8/17 for BOTH *Student Classroom Snacks* and *Staff Lounge Snacks*!! Please help stock up the classrooms with snacks, and fuel the staff lounges with a little morning or afternoon treat!

All snacks can be dropped off at the PTA table, in the gym, during open house. Each snack donated will earn your child an entry into the raffle, and we will pick 5 student winners!

🐬 Attention, First Grade Families! 🚌

New this school year: An adult must be present at the afternoon bus stop to receive all first grade students.

This safety procedure has been in place for our Child Development and Kindergarten students and has now been expanded to include first grade.

If an adult is not present at the bus stop, the student will be transported back to St. James Elementary, and a parent/guardian will need to pick them up from the school.
