A 20-year Myrtle Beach business may have just lost 30% of its revenue because Meta's AI flagged the page for a policy it didn't violate.

The Spoiled Pet never violated any policies. But Meta's AI saw photos of animals with breed descriptions and matched them to a pattern of prohibited sales. No human reviewed it. The page was simply gone.

Pro-How AI founder Kevin Young was featured on WMBF News (NBC Myrtle Beach) to explain how this happens and what small business owners need to know.

We also published a full article breaking it all down:

How Meta's AI moderation works in plain English.
Which industries are at highest risk of a wrongful flag.
Three steps to protect your business before this happens to you.
What to do if your page gets taken down.

If your business uses Facebook or Instagram to reach customers, this is worth five minutes of your time.

Most small business owners are still running the same Zapier setup they built two years ago.

That's not a knock on Zapier. It's a great tool. But in 2026, it's the starting point, not the destination.

There's a full landscape now: workflow platforms, personal AI agents, developer-grade agents, and tools for managing them all. Knowing which one fits your situation (and which ones to skip) is the difference between an automation stack that saves you 10 hours a week and one that costs you money and sits idle.

New on the blog: a complete, honest breakdown of every automation tool that matters right now, including Make .com, N8N, Pabbly Connect, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Paperclip.

We just published a free resource library for small business owners — nine practical AI tools hosted publicly on GitHub.

No email. No account. No strings.

Inside you'll find things like:
- A client onboarding pack with welcome emails and kickoff prep
- Scripts for the business conversations most owners dread
- A complete SOP builder kit using AI
- A social content system with brand voice templates and platform prompts
- And more

These aren't courses or lead magnets. They're files you can open, copy, and use today.

If one of these is something you've been meaning to build, now you don't have to start from scratch.

The Iceberg Nobody Warned You About - Pro-How 13/04/2026

Everyone's worried about AI taking jobs in tech.

But a new MIT study just revealed something most people are completely missing.

Is the disruption only hitting tech workers? That's only 2.2% of the US labor market.

The hidden exposure across administrative work, finance, HR, and professional services? 11.7%. Five times larger. And it's spread across every state, not just Silicon Valley.

The people most at risk aren't who you'd expect. They're educated, well-paid, and did everything right.

I broke down what this means for small business owners, and what you can actually do about it now.

The Iceberg Nobody Warned You About - Pro-How MIT just mapped where AI capabilities and human work actually overlap, and the results should change how every small business owner thinks about their next move.

The Trap That Feels Like a Superpower - Pro-How 07/04/2026

AI is making people more productive.

So why does everyone feel MORE overwhelmed? 🤔

Researchers at UC Berkeley studied how tech workers are actually experiencing AI on the job. The results were surprising — and a little uncomfortable.

It reminded me of something that happened to all of us with smartphones. What started as a superpower quietly became a trap.

I think it's about to happen again with AI. And I wrote about it.

Let me be honest with you about something most AI "gurus" won't say:

AI makes things up. Confidently. Convincingly. And sometimes completely wrong.

It's called a hallucination — and if you post AI-written content without checking it, your credibility is on the line.

Here's the 4-question check I recommend every time before you publish anything AI helped write:

1. Ask AI to doubt itself.
Paste the output back and say: "What in this might be inaccurate or outdated?" — You'll be surprised how often it flags its own mistakes.

2. Flag every number, date, and statistic.
These are the most common hallucinations. If AI says "73% of small businesses..." — go find that stat. It may not exist.

3. Don't trust confident-sounding claims.
AI doesn't have a tone of uncertainty. It sounds sure, even when it's guessing. The more authoritative it sounds, the more you should verify.

4. Ask for sources — then actually check them.
AI sometimes fabricates citations that look completely real. Google the source before you quote it.

The winning formula isn't "let AI do everything." It's: AI drafts. You verify.

That's how you get the speed of AI without the risk.
