Robert Rader for Mustang School Board Please vote on April 5, 2022. Thank you for your support! I am in private medical practice in Mustang Oklahoma. My wife and I have lived in Mustang for 15 years.

We have 4 kids in Mustang Schools ranging from 6th grade to high school Junior. We have been incredibly pleased with the education our kids have received in Mustang Schools. Coming from a family of educators, including a father that was a teacher, coach and school superintendent, I have had a glimpse into the challenges our educators face. I want to work to support our educators to help them maxim

ize our children's education opportunities. I have served on multiple boards and understand the nuances of working with administrators and other board members to develop policies to accomplish the goals of the organization. I welcome open discourse and diverse perspectives. My experience is that great solutions are found in honest discussion and collegial collaboration. Serving the community by volunteering is something I take very seriously. I had the awesome experience of coaching a group of young men for 6 years in the Mustang Youth Football Association. I serve on the church board of Mustang Nazarene Church as well as the nonprofit board for Salyer Lake Retreat Center developing a church camp experience for kids. I believe strongly that public education is a right of every child and a foundational pillar of our society. My goal in running for the school board is simple. I want to partner with other members of our community working hard to provide the best possible education for our children.
