The Muskegon Big Red Marching Band takes to the streets this Labor Day. Come out and support our student musicians as they march in the annual Muskegon Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 7 at 11:00 AM. The parade steps off at 4th Street and Western Avenue, heads through downtown, and ends at Hackley Park for a free community celebration with music, food, kids' activities, and more.

Join us Friday, August 28th as the MHS Big Red Marching Band takes the field for pregame, halftime, and postgame performances, supporting our Muskegon Big Reds Varsity Footbal team as they take on Grandville High School at Hackley Stadium!

Pregame kicks off ~6:45 PM
Game starts at 7:00 PM

This year's marching show, "Crimson," is inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's classic "The Tell-Tale Heart" — bringing mystery, intensity, and bold visual moments to the field!

Join us Saturday, August 1 at 12:00 PM at Charles Hackley Middle School for the Big Red Marching Band Welcome Home Show. This is your first look at this season's pregame entertainment and halftime production.

We are excited to announce this year's marching band production, Crimson, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's classic story The Tell-Tale Heart. This show brings mystery, intensity, and bold visual moments to the field. The Big Red Marching Band have already begun working hard, and we can't wait for you to experience the energy they'll bring to Friday nights this fall.

Free and open to the public. Bring the family and come welcome our students back from Band Camp.
