Bread Week was one for the books!

These chefs rolled up their sleeves and made homemade bagels from scratch, then whipped up a delicious blueberry cream cheese spread to enjoy with them.

There’s something so special about watching kids realize they can make foods they usually only see at the store. Confidence grows one recipe at a time, and this week was full of it.

Join us for our Around the World Cooking Class as we explore Japanese cuisine by making Onigiri (Japanese rice balls)! Chefs will learn about a new culture while practicing hands-on cooking skills and creating a traditional snack enjoyed around the world.

Mischief managed… what a magical day in the kitchen!

Today we wrapped up our Magical World of Cooking class, and our young witches and wizards were absolutely incredible!

We dipped and decorated chocolate-covered magic wands, bravely sampled Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans (with some hilarious reactions 😂), and made Forbidden Forest S’mores Pockets completely from scratch.

From measuring and mixing to rolling dough and baking, these chefs practiced real kitchen skills while adding a little magic to every step.

WOW! Seriously, a big wow because yesterday was SO full of cooking. From 9-11 I taught 120 students from Three Oaks Academy how to make sweet corn and black bean salsa. Then from 1-5 we had our Under the Sea cooking camp. It was SO fun making baked Shark granola cups. We talked about all things baking and had such a great time together.
