Muscle Shoals Band Boosters

10/12/2026

Are you a teenager that is not a band student that needs service hours? You can sign up to serve in concessions and we will sign off on your hours! Are you a parent/grandparent/friend/teacher/community member that just wants to help out your local amazing, award-winning band program? You can serve in concessions, be a gate worker, or drop off food! Have you never served in concessions? There will be people there to teach you what to do!

We still need 1 volunteer for concessions for tomorrow night. I encourage a band student to fill this spot. If you have not yet signed up for TVI we need these spots filled as soon as possible. We need 8 volunteers for food prep on Thursday night. We also need 15 volunteers for concessions, 1 volunteer for gate workers, and 37 food items needed to just drop off on Saturday. We need everyone's help for TVI to be a success. Thank you for supporting your band student and band program!

Thank you to Skylar's Skoops and everyone for your support!

WOW, Muscle Shoals—you showed up! 🎉🍦🎶

Skylar’s Skoops was proud to donate $7,000 worth of ice cream to help the Muscle Shoals School Band raise $1,750 through their punch card fundraiser!

This one is extra special to our family because our daughter Ava is part of the color guard! 💙 Being able to support her, the band, and all these hardworking students means so much to us.

Our community really rallied behind these punch cards! Thank you to everyone who purchased one and helped spread the word. We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up for its kids!

Skoopin’ up smiles and cheering on our band! 🍦🎶

🎵Reminder! Band parent meeting tonight! We ask all band families to be in attendance. This is an important meeting where we will go over all TVI information. We will also have a speaker to give information about the mattress fundraiser and how it can help with your band student's Chicago trip fees. If you have not yet signed up for TVI we still need 18 adults for concessions, 7 adults for gate workers, and 63 food items needed to just drop off. We need everyone's help for TVI to be a success.
