The fundamental mission of the Hutson College of Agriculture at Murray State University is to meet the needs of its students by providing educational experiences in the field of agriculture. You will receive a unique, hands-on educational experience guided by our knowledgeable faculty who are here to encourage your career aspirations and academic growth. We will mentor you along the path toward a career in agriculture with a "large university education" in a small school setting with modest class sizes. 🌻 Fall on the Farm 2026 🌻

The Hutson College of Agriculture is hosting the 2026 Fall on the Farm Friday, September 26th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Pullen Farm!

Admission is $5 per person, cash or check only.
Geeber's Lemonade, pumpkins, and t-shirts will be available for purchase. Kids receive $2 off original ticket price with completed coloring sheet shown at time of purchase!

Henry County native Tim Brannon received a once-in-a-lifetime honor recently when he became one of five inductees into the Farm Equipment Dealer Hall of Fame. He and the other four inductees were profiled in the February issue of Farm Equipment magazine, the agricultural equipment trade publication that presents the annual awards.
The Hall of Fame recognizes equipment dealers who have spent their lives serving the farm community as farm equipment dealers. Members are chosen based on their community support and service, as well as industry achievements and other factors.
Brannon is in his 48th year as a local dealer.
