The Utah Department of Agriculture & Food (UDAF) published a report in collaboration with the University of Utah`s Medical Cannabis Outcome Research & Evaluation (MCORE) team, detailing survey results related to the medical cannabis market.

The study, aimed at identifying successes and barriers to the adoption of Utah's medical cannabis program, surveyed 14,600 people, both participants and non-participants.

JUST IN: Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has signed an order reclassifying state-licensed medical ma*****na as a less dangerous drug.

The order moves ma*****na from Schedule I to Schedule III, putting state-licensed medical ma*****na in the same category as some pain medications, ketamine and testosterone.

While this change aligns federal guidelines with many state laws, ma*****na is still illegal at the federal level.
