My husband designed this shirt in honor of our amazing daughter, YoYo. She has taught us that different does not mean less. She has shown us a kind of love, joy, and perspective that has changed our hearts forever.

Yesterday I found out a coworker, my aunt, and another teacher ordered copies—and one is even planning to place it in her school. What started as a mother’s love and desire to celebrate her daughter became YoYo the Little Lamb.

Seeing people purchase my book, read it, color it, and support this journey fills my heart with so much gratitude. 🥹💕

There was a season when I wanted to open my own childcare center, but I also had to be realistic. I still had a household to help support and bills to pay, so I continued working in childcare while keeping my vision alive.

I didn’t give up on my dream—I simply did what I needed to do during that season. The biggest challenge wasn’t my passion, experience, or resources. It was finding an affordable space to make it all happen.

Today, I still believe in that vision. Sometimes the path takes longer than we expect, but every step has a purpose. Until the right door opens, I will continue doing what I love—serving children and families. ❤️
