My heart is so full with the progress my 3’s have made in the seven months they’ve been here! We aren’t “just coloring” everyday!
Here’s a list of all the things happening behind the scenes..
Improved fine motor control & eye/hand coordination
Ability to follow structured directions
Increased attention span & detail awareness
Growth in early math & patterns

This is exactly the kind of improvement I expect as they develop early learning and motor skills.
Having high expectations, being consistent & encouraging goes along way, even if you don’t see it in the every day process!

After reading A House for Hermit Crab by Eric Carle, students brought the story to life by crafting their own hermit crab shells. This hands on project encouraged imaginative thinking & fine motor skills while deepening their connection to the story! 🦀🐚

We are currently conducting interviews for fall enrollment that starts mid-August. Full time postions available. Open hours are Mon-Fri 630am-5pm. Breakfast, lunch & PM snack included in tuition. Please message me if interested in a classroom tour.

ENROLL JUNE & AUGUST.

We have 2 openings for a 3 & 4 year old child for our in-home preschool.
I am state licensed and have been in business for 19 years. We have a classroom set up to help prepare your child for Kindergarten. I offer daily one on one curriculum based on your child's individual level. I use several state standards to make sure your child is on or above their appropriate level. I am familiar with the Common Core Curriculum Standards. We follow a daily schedule and we have a fenced in playground. We are monitored 4 times a year on a state food program and since we are state licensed, we are monitored an additional 4-6 times by a program evaluator. I am CPR/First Aid Certified. I complete continuing education courses and attend workshops when they are available.

The children do have ample free time for their creative learning. We do weekly arts & crafts and a lot of holiday projects. I keep some of the children's schoolwork to monitor their progress. Among the school curriculum being taught, we also work on "classroom" behavior, socializing and getting along with others, managing our "hands-off" skills, problem solving on their own, self independence, manners, pride and accomplishment.
