Bridlewood Crossings At Camp Adventure, some of our most meaningful moments happen when students get the chance to experience something completely new.

A huge thank you to Bridlewood Crossings for giving our campers the opportunity to pet, connect with, and even ride horses—many for the very first time!

You never know when a single experience might spark a lifelong passion, build confidence, or create a memory that lasts forever. That’s what Camp Adventure is all about: helping students discover new interests, try new things, and grow through hands-on experiences.

🐔🎉 The chicken coop has arrived at Camp Adventure!

After lots of waiting, we’re excited to bring this new learning opportunity to both our Camp Adventure visitors and Forest Academy students. We can’t wait to give our feathered friends and start this new adventure! 🐥🌿

🌿☀️ Adventure Camp is off to an amazing start! Today we welcomed back some of our favorite community partners—Erica Oliver from the Nature Lab, YMCA instructor Paul, and Drew, a biologist from Muncie Sanitary District.

Campers spent the day exploring the outdoors through nature scavenger hunts, fishing, STEM challenges, wildlife investigations, and hands-on learning experiences. We love seeing students build confidence, make new friends, and discover the world around them through adventure and exploration. Here’s to a fantastic week at Adventure Camp! 🌿🎣🔬🐟

🦅 What an amazing day at Camp Adventure!

A huge thank you to Mark from Take Flight for introducing our campers to a Red-tailed Hawk, Peregrine Falcon, Great Horned Owl, and American Kestrel. Students learned the differences between hawks and falcons while discovering just how incredible these birds of prey are.

The more we learn about nature, the more we understand, respect, and protect it. Our campers were absolutely amazed by this unforgettable experience!

🦎🐍 We want to give a HUGE shoutout to Izzy with Scalez and Tailz for visiting Camp Adventure this week!

Our campers had the incredible opportunity to meet several ambassador animals up close and learn all about them—from the continents they call home to fascinating facts about snakes, reptiles, and other unique creatures.

Experiences like these help students build curiosity, understanding, and respect for wildlife. When children learn about animals and their habitats, they begin to understand the important role every living thing plays in our world and why conservation matters.
