THIS!!!

THIS IS WHY WE NEED TUMMY TIME FOR OUR KIDS!

"Babies NEED tummy time! At 11 months old, this little cutie should have a nicely rounded head, developed S curves in his neck and low back, and flexible legs that move in and out of various sitting positions. But, largely due to lack of time on his tummy and OVERUSE of "baby containers" such as bouncy seats, swings, and car seat carriers that go from car to grocery store to restaurant, he has positional plagiocephaly (flat skull) a big ol' C curve in his spine preventing him from getting on hands and knees to crawl, and hips and legs so tight he can't even straighten his knees! And these are only the outwardly visible problems...too much pressure on baby's spine and vision centers of the brain from lying on their backs are detrimental to development! So....tummy time, tummy time, tummy time! Do it!"

We will open!! However, we can not operate without running water. If we lose water any time today we will be forced to close and will contact each of you to pick up your kiddos early. Please keep checking back here for updates today.

We are aware of the water issue that is currently taking place. Depending on what the outcome is on the city’s emergency meeting and their plan of action, will determine how it affects us for tomorrow.
If we will be closing I will let everyone know ASAP!

Reminder: 🇺🇸 Monday we will be closed! 🇺🇸

I’ve been with this same Program for 10 years and never have I seen an award. When your having a pretty cruddy week and you receive this 🙌. I can honestly say I fail many times a week and could do so much better in areas. But, the recognition was pretty nice to see today and everyone likes to be recognized sometimes. I appreciate this more than people realize. 🤗

If any of my parents have an over abundance of tubs with lids I will take them off of your hands.

Sensory bens will hold a child’s attention longer than you could ever imagine. Sensory bens will encourage and allow children to explore, discover, create, learn and imagine while engaging their senses. With that said I am wanting to clear off a couple of shelves and create sensory bens to fill those shelves with. Giving our kids a variety of sensory bens to choose from and always having them available. They also will be used as “calm down” bens when a child needs some time to just unwind and calm their little bodies down.

These bens will be filled with rice, beans, Easter grass, noodles, sand, etc with different items hidden in them. For instance in these pictures are number magnets. As the girls dug them out they placed them on the magnet board.
Other items if you don’t have any use for them
Buttons, tiny erasers, little tiny variety of animals, magnets, really anything. I’ll take it!

Thanks for your help!
