Preschool Main Page | St. Timothy's Episcopal Church St. Timothy’s is a small, diverse, community-based preschool that provides a safe and welcoming space for children to be children. Although we are housed on a church campus, this is a non-religious program.

We are always excited to share what is happening at St Tims. We are a fully play based center that provides children the tools and resources to navigate their world through play. We the educators are their guide, by observing, listening, the children are the curriculm driver. We are currently exploring the season of fall. Enjoy and we would love to give you a tour. We have a few openings in our mixed age preschool (ages 3 to 5) and 3 openings in our two's class.

Come meet the teachers, check our classrooms and outdoor spaces. We have a few spaces left in our 2 yr old class and mixed aged preschool. Look forward to seeing you. Children are welcome to attend.

On May 9 we showcased the work the work of St Timothy's finest artists. The categories presented were: watercolors, loose parts and self portraits.

Summer camp has come and we completed our first week of camping theme. Smore making, camp stories and making our own trail mix were some of the childrens favorite activities. And of course everyday we get messy with paint and sand and water play.

This what emergent writing looks like in our playbased environment. After observing the children's interest in writing we provided vocabulary that relates to Spring. We have been reading books and having conversations of the changes with Spring . Playbased learning helps guide children to better understand their world. Come check us out. We are currently enrolling for the preschool and our new 2yrs program. We a have a few spaces in each classroom. We loved to schedule you a tour. What's been happening at St Timothy's since we came back from our Holiday break? We love our mud kitchen and took advantage of the amazing weather we have been having. One child said "I making mud souffle". Giving children autonomy in their play, gives us educators an window in their imagination and understanding of their life experiences. They bring all their life experiences into play. We provide the props to enhance these experiences and dig deeper. Check us out on the website.
