If you haven’t logged into skyward to do this yet please do!!! We have to update all information each year and logging into skyward to do this makes this process much quicker! If you can’t get logged in or may of forgotten your login information please call the school so we can assist you.

Parents and guardians, Skyward Family Access is now available for returning student registration! Please note that Skyward has moved to a new login link on the Johnson County School System website. To access it, click Menu → Forms & Links → Parent Resources → Skyward Parent & Student Login.

If you use the Skyward mobile app, you will need to delete the current app and reinstall it before logging in. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing your account, please contact your child’s school or the Johnson County Schools Central Office.

🎉 Open House is This Thursday! 🎉

We can’t wait to welcome our Hilltopper families back to Doe Elementary!

🕠 5:30-6:30 PM

Please begin the evening in the gym, where we’ll share important information about the upcoming school year, including our Title I program and other school updates.

After the presentation, families will be dismissed to their child’s classroom to meet their teacher and get a great start to the new school year!

We are excited to see our students and families, reconnect with familiar faces, and welcome our newest Hilltoppers. It’s going to be a fantastic year, and we can’t wait to see everyone on Thursday! ❤️🤍

🍎 Attention, Kindergarten Families! 🍎

We are so excited to welcome our newest Hilltoppers to Doe Elementary!

Beginning July 22, families should log into Skyward to complete their child’s online registration forms. These forms are an important part of preparing for the school year, and we appreciate you taking the time to ensure all of your child’s information is accurate and up to date.

We’d also like to share an important update about Kindergarten classroom placement for this school year.

Our kindergarten students come to us with a wide variety of experiences. Some have attended public Pre-K or Head Start programs, others have attended private or church-based preschools, and for some children, this will be their very first school experience. Every child brings unique strengths, experiences, and needs, and we want to give each of them the very best start possible.

During Kindergarten staggered days our kindergarten teachers will spend time getting to know each student through activities, conversations, and observations. This gives teachers the opportunity to see how students learn, interact with others, and adjust to the classroom environment. After these first few days together, our teachers will thoughtfully create homeroom classes that are balanced academically, socially, and emotionally.

We know this is a little different from what some families may have experienced in the past, but this process is designed with one goal in mind: creating classrooms where every child has the opportunity to thrive from the very beginning.

Please know that your child will be loved, supported, and encouraged by all of our outstanding kindergarten teachers. They work together as a team and are committed to helping every Hilltopper have a successful year at Doe Elementary.
