Parents, you may have seen our PTA Membership flyer come home in their take-home folder!

The class with the most PTA memberships by September 4 will win a class party!

Membership is just $10/year, with no obligation to volunteer or attend meetings.

Did anyone’s kiddos come home talking about the PGE glow-up? Because PGE has been getting a little ✨refresh✨ and we are HERE for it.

The new murals in the cafeteria and library are absolutely beautiful and the PGE flags out front are bringing some major school-spirit energy. Nothing like starting a new school year with fresh spaces, bright colors, and a little extra PGE pride.

🎉 It’s Opening Day for BCPS staff! 🎉

We’re so excited to officially welcome our amazing teachers and staff back to PGE!

The PGE PTA helped kick off the new school year with waffles and a few welcome-back gifts, and a huge thank you to BIGGBY Coffee for generously donating coffee for our staff!

A special shoutout to our Teacher Appreciation Chairs, Shelby Brown and Jamie Thompson, for putting together such a beautiful spread and making our staff feel extra appreciated on their first day back!

Thank you to the Mount Washington Fire Protection District for making a splash at Popsicles with the Principal this evening! 🚒💦 The kids had a blast cooling off in the water and enjoying a little extra fun before heading back to school.

We’re so grateful for our local first responders and the way they show up for our school and community. What a fun way to kick off the new school year! 💜🐬

We’ve rounded up all the important QR codes into one easy flyer so you can check things off your list before Open House, or scan them while you’re there tomorrow.

🚨 Open House is tomorrow from 4:30–6:00 PM ‼️

Confused about what a QR code is for? Wondering if you actually need to buy something? Can’t remember what you came to ask? We’ve got you. 😃

The PTA will have several booths at Open House ready to answer questions and help make everything as easy as possible.

🍿 Popcorn & CapriSun is Retired! The SNACK CART has arrived! 🎉

We've heard your feedback, and our students wanted more choices!

Starting this school year, we're giving students the chance to choose from a wide variety of snacks each month, including chips, Goldfish, cookies, candy, and, of course, Capri Suns. Allergy-friendly options will also be available.

Best of all, the price stays the same! For $25, the same cost as last year's Popcorn & CapriSun program, students can choose any two snacks each month from the snack cart September through April. In May we offer Kona Ice at Field Day! 🍧
