We are thrilled to announce that ALL ROE 13 Preschool for All & Preschool for All Expansion (PFA/PFAE) sites across Clinton, Jefferson, Marion, and Washington Counties have officially earned the Gold Circle of Quality for FY26 through ExceleRate Illinois!

The ROE #13 Preschool for All Program is seeking qualified applicants for a full time Preschool Paraprofessional position in Salem, Illinois.

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young children and is committed to helping them learn, grow, and succeed. This position works alongside a certified preschool teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Position Highlights:
🍎 Half-Day Preschool Program
📍 Salem, Illinois (located at St. Theresa school)
🤝 Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
👧 Assist with classroom activities, daily routines, and individualized student needs
❤️ Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families

Qualifications:
✔️ Illinois Paraprofessional License or eligibility to obtain one
✔️ Experience working with young children is preferred, but not required
✔️ Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
✔️ A positive attitude and passion for early childhood education

Do you have a child ages 3–5? Our Preschool Screenings are a great opportunity to check on your child’s growth and development and get them ready for school!

These screenings help identify your child’s strengths and any areas where extra support may be helpful—early intervention makes a big difference!
