On this day, America’s Birthday, we would like to acknowledge a few things. First, that we are grateful to live in a place where we have the freedom to choose. We can choose who we love, what religion (if any) we want to practice, and we can choose to vote. People have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms. And for that we are grateful.
It is of most importance here at Elevated Hearts LLC, that we remember we are on indigenous land. Native Americans were forced to sacrifice so much because our ancestors robbed them of what was originally theirs. Today we take a moment to recognize that even though today is a celebration for many, it is also a day of deep sadness for others.
We would also like to acknowledge how very, very upsetting it has been to live in this country the last few years. As you all know, some rights have been under attack or even repealed. We can’t give up now, it is more important then ever before to stand up for what we believe in.
Today we also ask you to be safe. Be careful with fireworks and if you drink please do it responsibly. Please reflect on what it means to live in the U.S.A. right now. Reflect on how far we have come, and what we need to do to make it better.

Hello and welcome! We are so glad you are here. ☺️ Elevated Hearts LLC is a small business that offers, primarily, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training opportunities. You may be wondering what that means, we are excited you asked!
DEI training covers a lot of topics. This includes but is not limited to 2SLGBTQQIA+, ableism, racism, ageism, privilege and more. Our speciality is 2SLGBTQQIA+ and we have been doing this work for nearly a decade. We also offer training opportunities in teamwork and handling uncomfortable conversations. A little bit if everything!
Our presentations are not ”one size fits all” and we are eager to hear about your needs. No organization is too small or too big. You can count on the fact that we tailor it to your specific goals and that we bring 100% every time.
What else do we do? (Yes, there is more) We offer consulting for individuals or small groups. Consulting means working with someone who has similar lived experiences and is able to come alongside you and improve your quality of of life. Some people on our team are Certified Peer Counselors that have been verified through the Washington State Healthcare Authority.
