The Siskiyou Union High School District is seeking candidates from the W**d High School attendance area to fill a vacancy on the Siskiyou Union High School District Board of Trustees.
Are you a registered voter, living in the W**d High School attendance area?
Please complete and submit this electronic application and cover letter before 5:00 pm on March 30, 2022.

Applicants or Nominees must:
-Live in the W**d High School Attendance area
-Must meet the eligibility requirements specified in California Education Code 35107:
(a) Any person, regardless of s*x, who is 18 years of age or older, a citizen of the state, a resident of the school district, a registered voter, and who is not disqualified by the Constitution or laws of the state from holding a civil office, is eligible to be elected or appointed a member of a governing board of a school district without further qualifications. (see California Education Code 35107 for additional req.)

Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the board of trustees in open session at an April 12, 2022 special board meeting to be held at W**d High School at 5:30pm. Interviews with the board and the selection will be made as an open session action item.
