One year ago, Baron was "just good enough to not bring the level down."
Today, he's our August Athlete of the Month!
In 12 months, Baron went from club-level soccer to competing at the highest level — DeSales camp, international tour vs. foreign competition, playing alongside the best in the country. His dad noticed the shift by winter. By spring, he was a key player for his club.
What changed? Not talent. Intensity. Competition. Focus.
Baron's own take: "Playing with good competition once a week got me to improve really fast. Then DeSales and the international tour sharpened my skills against some of the best in the country."
His goal for next season? "Get as good as I can. Then get better after that. It's the only thing I want to do."
This is what happens when a player stops settling.
🎯 If your player is ready for that jump, we're here. NCE training, camps, and tours aren't about trophies — they're about playing against the level that actually develops you.
Congrats, Baron. 🔥
