National Safety Month tip:
Don’t just glance at cargo securement. Physically check it.
This week, focus 100% of your attention on straps and chains:
• Put hands on each one (don’t rely on a visual scan).
• Check for wear, fraying, or weakened links.
• Confirm proper tension before leaving and after the first few miles.
• Re-check anytime conditions change (like weather, stops, or load shifts).
Cargo issues don’t usually come from what you see—they come from what you assume.
Slow it down. Check it right.

June marks the start of National Safety Month, and it’s a good time to get back to basics.
Breakdowns don’t schedule themselves. Fires don’t wait for convenient timing. What matters is whether your drivers are ready when it happens.
This week’s focus: emergency roadside kits and fire preparedness.
Not just checking if they’re there, but asking the right questions:
• Is every kit complete?
• Does your driver know how to use it under pressure?
• When was the last time it was actually reviewed, not just signed off?
Equipment doesn’t save lives.
Prepared drivers do.
Take the time to walk through it. Open the kit. Run the scenario. Make it real.
If safety only lives on a checklist, it won’t show up when it counts.

June is here—a perfect time to reset our focus on safety.
In an industry where every decision matters, small commitments can make a big impact.
Drivers, fleet leaders, and safety managers:
What’s one safety commitment you’re making this month?
Whether it’s slowing down, improving pre-trip inspections, prioritizing rest, or reinforcing team training—we want to hear it.

Heading to the TCA Safety & Security Meeting this week.
These rooms matter.
Not because of the presentations, but because of the conversations that happen around them.
This is where the industry gets honest about what’s actually happening:
What’s working and what isn’t.
Where safety programs are falling short under real-world pressure.
We’re looking forward to connecting with leaders who are focused on more than compliance—the ones pushing for training that changes behavior and systems that hold up when it counts.
If you’re attending, let’s connect.
Because the value of events like this isn’t what you hear—it’s what you take back and actually implement.

Happy birthday to the man who wears so many hats and somehow excels at all of them. To our co-founder and brilliant CTO, you are truly the backbone and builder of everything we’ve created. Your vision, steady leadership, and relentless commitment have shaped not just this company, but the lives of everyone fortunate enough to be part of it. Watching you lead with integrity, curiosity, and heart is something we will never take for granted.
Today we celebrate not just everything you’ve accomplished, but who you are: a pillar, a problem-solver, and the person who makes it all possible.
Here’s to another year of building, dreaming, and growing, together. ❤️

Information doesn’t change culture. Behavior does.
Many organizations deliver safety education, check the box, and move on. But culture shifts when learning becomes part of how people think, act, and make decisions every day.
Lasting change happens when learning is continuous, connected to real work, and reinforced through experience, not just delivered once and forgotten.
When people regularly reflect, apply, and build on what they learn, safer habits become second nature, and culture begins to transform from the inside out.
Because real progress isn’t about completing a course.
It’s about changing how decisions are made every mile of the journey.
What has made the biggest difference in creating real behavior change in your organization?
