WHY YOU SHOULD NOT COOK IN OLIVE OIL?

leads to consuming large amounts of omega-6 fatty acids - omega-6 overload is a major cause of degenerative disease

The omega-6 fats in olive oil are easily damaged by heat and converted to trans fats

HOWEVER———>

Raw uncooked olive oil is full of antioxidants and phytonutrients which are great for your health

COOK IN ANIMAL FATS AND CONSUME RAW COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL UNCOOKED

Healthy vs Compromised gut of a child ———-> day and night difference in your family’s life.

Same toddler with

Compromised gut:

No desire to move much
Poor appetite
Struggling to gain weight
Getting behind peers intellectually
Poor sleep quality
Clingy
Cries often
Craves sweet and processed foods
Bad teeth
Prone to colds and ear indigestions
Skin problems

Healthy gut:

Interested in socializing
Active
Great appetite
Excellent weight gain
Progressing well intellectually
Sleeps well
Shows a lot of independence
Rarely cries
Craves nutrient rich foods
Excellent dental health

Want to know a HUGE reason to think hard before doing a mammogram?

False positives - in the USA are approximately 11% of single screenings meaning that after 10 screenings there is a 69% CHANCE OF A FALSE POSITIVE!!!

If you get a false positive, you are 74% more likely to develop breast cancer vs someone who wasn’t given a false positive diagnosis, according to the 2023 JAMA study

Other reasons are:

Radiation exposure which may CAUSE cancer by reprogramming benign tumor cells into malignant cancer cells
Extreme over treatment of tumors that might be discovered via a mammogram (up to ¼ of all positive diagnoses are zero stage cancer which wasn’t even considered cancer until recently)

The best strategy FOR ME is breast self examination and self-monitoring if a lump is discovered

What is a TERATOGEN?

It is an agent that causes malformation of an embryo

What is the most dangerous teratogen?

MERCURY

Where can I get exposed to mercury and how do I protect my family?

Va # # .

Although most childhood va # # containing mercury were phased out by roughly 2003-04, some influenza shots recommended for children as young as 6 mo today still contain the toxin.

Some va # # are manufactured using mercury as a preservative, subsequently taking the toxin out, leaving “trace amounts”. Research studies have demonstrated that “trace amounts” are still dangerous when entering small human bodies.

Amalgam dental fillings

Of a pregnant woman may result in mercury accumulation and cross the placenta poisoning the embryo

Processed foods

Studies found that almost half of samples of commercial high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contained mercury.
Foods high in HFCS include sodas, canned foods, processed baked goods, cereals and flavored dairy products.

Consuming large quantities of fish with high mercury content

Including swordfish, tuna, shark, king mackerel

IF YOU HAVE TIME TO COOK JUST ONE DISH PER WEEK, DO THIS…

BEEF BROTH is one of the best foods for soothing, healing and rebuilding the gut lining.
It’s extremely nutrient rich as well.

I make a large pot (about 4-5 32oz mason jars),
Cool it, pour in jars and store in the fridge.

Kids enjoy it as a warm drink - you can pack in a thermos for them anywhere.

I use about 2 of those jars to make a different soup each week, which also lasts a family of 3 about 4-5 days. Once you have the broth, the soup takes only about 45 mins to make.

Recipe:

place meaty bones (you want a combo of cartilage and joints, muscle meat, fat and bones - chuck roast steak works great) in a pot with filtered water
Add salt and peppercorns to taste
Bring to boil
Turn to simmer and cook for 3-4 hrs
Store the meat in a separate container
You can eat it on its own or use to make soups later

DO YOU EAT A LOT OF WAX?

If you buy your fruit and veggies in a grocery store, including Whole Foods, then most likely YES.

Apples, cucumbers, plums, peaches, squash, tomatoes (and others) are often covered with wax to make them less perishable.

Wax is not water soluble and you can’t wash it off.

What’s in the wax? WE DON’T REALLY KNOW.
It is considered GRAS and the ingredients don’t need to be disclosed.

SOLUTION:

Peel the produce you think likely had wax applied on it.
