Such a fun evening spent with a lovely couple as a birthday surprise cooking class! The menu included:
Vanilla Matcha Latte
Shrimp Shu Mai with a Soy Chili Lime Dipping Sauce
Ginger Steamed Cod over Sauteed Shallots and Mushrooms with Ginger Scallion Sauce
Japanese Mochi
We started with recipes, measured with our hearts and worked with challenging mochi dough and the result was an incredible menu full of flavor and lots of love!!

BEND AND BOWLS EVENT!! Small group yoga session taught by Liza Peterson , which included reiki, was relaxing and restorative.
Lunch was a choice of Southwest Chicken Fajita Bowl or a Sticky Tofu Bowl.
Lots of great healing vibes during this event!

THE MCRIB IS BACK!!!!! So much fun creating this event for a client! Since the golden arches did not bring back this clearly beloved sandwich, for one night only they and their guests feasted on my version of the McRib!! ❤️💛

Amazing Sweet 16 celebration for a wonderful young lady!! The purple theme of the evening came through with the family’s touches of a purple rain mocktail and pudding filled vanilla cake with purple pudding frosting!
The menu for the evening included:
Shumai Dumplings with Garlic Soy Dipping Sauce
Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Drizzle
Baked Salmon Sushi Cups with Chili Crisp
Arugula Salad with a Goat Cheese Purse and Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
Hand Cut Egg Pappardelle with Braised Short Rib Ragu
Chicken Piccata with Leek Couscous and Green Beans
