Parents,

After closely monitoring the weather forecast and field conditions, we have made the decision to cancel today’s baseball day camp. With the forecast calling for continued rain and unsafe field conditions, we feel this is the best decision for the safety of all of our campers and staff.

We are pleased to announce that the camp has been rescheduled for Monday August 3rd. The updated schedule is:

• Grades 1–4: 9-11:00 PM
• Grades 5–8: 12-2:00 PM

What to do next:

• If your child is unable to attend the rescheduled date or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work around the weather. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and worthwhile experience for every camper, and we look forward to seeing everyone on August 3.
