Sunyata Saraswati received the Vajra Yoga teachings directly from a Tibetan nun. He presented the practice to Ta**ra students for the first time in 1991. Bodhi Avinasha envisioned sharing this beneficial practice with a wider audience, and in 1997 she videotaped the techniques to preserve this lost tradition. Decades later, the practice video is finally available to the world - at a time when we need it the most.

The Vajra Yogini Practice revitalizes the physical body and activates the energy body. Used regularly it becomes a powerful tool for generating sexual creative energy and transmuting the energy into a flow of unconditional love!

Giving so much thanks and praise to Bodhi for all she did to bring about Ipsalu Ta**ra Kriya Yoga and for experimenting with the practices we have access to ~ to create the ASATE formula!!! Where the magic happens :)

Nayano always brings Bodhi into the courses & teacher trainings when she is able to. This last Mod 1 Teacher Training was no exception. It is so beautiful to get to talk with Bodhi and the group had some good questions and Bodhi had some great answers 🩷🌏🩷 Bodhi was so happy to see and hear from the group with 2 teachers from the very beginning returning and 2 teacher teams in the mix as well. Our host Aly Khan was such a benefit to the group and the energy and had a lot to offer in the group🙏 Wishing Nayano and this group a smooth transition back and safe travels home🤲

Reporting LIVE from magical Brave Earth in the jungle of Costa Rica 🩷 This place is such a gem, W🤩W! Being here in person for the Module 1 Teacher Training feels very special. Expand your Ipsalu practice into all aspects of your living. Explore this series of modules designed to prepare you to share Ipsalu Ta**ra™ with confidence and integrity.

Module 1 (Certified Apprentice Teacher) prepares you to: Facilitate techniques in Level 1 courses, create and present Ipsalu evening classes, lead community Satsang, review Cobra Breath with an initiate, mentor Ipsalu Practicum lessons 1-3, and lead Ipsalu Energy Yoga

Module 2 (Certified Assistant Teacher) prepares you to: Facilitate processes in Level 1 courses, present Ipsalu day-long or weekend courses, conduct emotional-release processes, and teach Cobra Breath within the Practicum

Module 3 (Ipsalu Teacher): Certifies you to prepare and certify new Level 1 Teachers.

Prerequisite: Completion of Ipsalu Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Cobra Breath Courses are required prior to Module 1 Teacher Training.

Module 1 Teacher Training is required prior to Module 2 Teacher Training.

Teacher Training is a week-long intensive.
