Project OWEN, founded in 2011 by Owen Stamm is dedicated to improving the environment through litter clean up, education and recycling efforts. Project O.W.E.N.

(Our World's Environment in Need) was founded by Owen Stamm in 2011 when he was six years old. Since the foundation of Project OWEN in 2011, Owen and his volunteers have made a very positive impact in and around Hamblen County.
