The Human Machine: We’ll coach you on mobility and strengthening routines beneficial for climbers and ground workers. Learn how to prime your body for the job and "stay in the fight" by minimizing wear and tear.
The Saw Deep Dive: Go beyond the pull-cord. We’ll tear into chainsaw mechanics, proactive maintenance, and the "best practice" techniques that separate the pros from the amateurs.
Ground-to-Climber Flow: Groundies are the heartbeat of a safe and proficient job site. We will focus on how the ground crew can anticipate and plan for the climber’s needs, build skills to assist from the ground, and work as a cohesive unit to keep the day smooth & efficient.
