💚 THIS is what we love to see! 💚

One of our teachers shared this picture of Jordan after a little water spill in the hallway. Instead of walking past it or waiting for someone else to take care of it, Jordan immediately jumped in and started cleaning it up!

It may seem like a small thing, but these are the moments that show responsibility, initiative, and respect for our school and the people around us. 👏

Jordan, we see you! 🫡💚

Way to be a Valiant Viking! 🟢⚔️

💚 THIS is why we celebrate the little moments! 💚

Today Maddox was caught being Respectful—and what made it even more special was that not one word from me prompted it.

Maddox received some extra popcorn, but when he realized it was the last of the popcorn, he chose to share it with someone else. No reminder. No adult prompting. No expectation.

He simply noticed an opportunity to be kind and did the right thing. ❤️

Those are the moments that tell us our students are learning more than academics. They’re learning how to be respectful, responsible, caring members of their community.

Way to go, Maddox! 👏🍿💚
Caught being respectful! ⭐

🎨🍿 ARTS & EATS + FRY-YAY = THE PERFECT COMBINATION! 🍿🎨

It’s Arts & Eats Festival weekend in Morehead, so what better way to celebrate than with an Arts & Eats-themed Fry-Yay! 🎉

Our students got creative AND treated themselves to some delicious eats! From colorful creations to sweet treats, Fry-Yay was all about making, creating, tasting, and having fun together. 🖌️🎨🍭

We love seeing our students learning that school can be a place where they can create, connect, celebrate, and just enjoy being kids. 💚

A huge shoutout to our staff for making another Fry-Yay special! These are the moments that make our Rowan Academy family so much fun. 💚🖤💛

Happy Arts & Eats Festival weekend, Morehead! 🎨🍴
And as always… Fry-Yay is the BEST day! 🎉
