Once upon time...not that long ago...

My average day looked something like this:
I got up, brushed my teeth, commuted for an hour, did my work for 8 hours, came home, had an hour with the husband and kids, went to bed, rinse, repeat.
I was stuck in a rut and called it my life.
Work was frustrating and weighing heavily on me. My dream job lost its luster and was a drag. Some days it was pure misery and a new solution had to be found.
Something had to give. I hit a breaking point.
Then i did something i hadn't done in a long time- I meditated.

With work, commute, kids, husband - I had no time for meditating and so that practice fell to the wayside. What busy working parent has time for an meditation practice?

But i was desperate so... I turned off the podcasts in car during my commute - and just drove in silence.
And I started to do driving meditations to and from work.

And i started to get downloads. Clear directions on how to "make everything better".
The one message received that really changed my life - saved my life! - was that I didn't need to meditate for an hour a day to find JOY and be happy and successful in life.

It only takes a minute of serenity/joy/stillness! Not an hour!

So I started to do that once i got home with the setting sun or the night sky I would stand for 60 seconds and tune into JOY.

And then the changes came so fast...

#22 years. 9-11-99 was our magic day. 💕married and still in love and the honeymoon isn’t over. Soulmates to the end of time.

I wrote a letter about manifesting my soul mate - my best friend and partner. And he showed up and knocked me over with one smile.

We share so much laugh cry and love and Lean on each other. Love our family we’ve made … and our life we’ve carved out for ourselves.

Here’s to 22 more and counting. We’re just getting started …

I love being a time bender!

This summer, I bent time so that it felt like a long…long…slow hot summer. An old fashioned summer that you used to feel like as a kid. Hot, never-ending, long stretches of boredom, and in-between reading all the fun books, playing, swimming, dance parties by the pool, and just being.

It wasn’t always like this for me. My job, my career —would dominate every season and summer was no exception. I felt always running from crisis to crisis, fire to fire. That when it was finally time to take that family vacation - I was still checking work emails afraid to totally let go. I never really surrendered to a summer escape.

No more.

Since I have upgraded my life, my mindset to living my dream life, to living life in 5D…I have released all the old paradigms and old patterns that so many of fall into:

- No boundaries about work hours / time
- People pleasing and not setting clear boundaries
- Not tending your own wellness, need for rest and unplugging (THIS IS HUGE)
- Thinking we have to do more, work harder or __ (fill in your excuse/fear)
- Stress management is food/wine/Netflix and pass out
- Giving more to work than you give to yourself / your family

I could on and on…but you get the gist!

And since stepping out of the Matrix and into 5D living I am not only thriving, but I feel AMAZING.
It took me years to live the life i always wanted…but the moment I decided to go all in and live a 5D LIFE, it arrived so fast. It didn’t take years to get here…it took one moment to decide. One moment to say YES:

YES, I want to live a life I don’t need a vacation from.
YES, I want to live like I’m on a holiday most days.
YES, I want to live a life overflowing with joy, abundance and purpose.

When I decided enough of bleeding myself for others, for work, for a career that was stagnant … the answers came so fast. The solutions came one after the other. This amazing life showed up so fast i’m still pinching myself.

It doesn’t take years and effort to start living your dream life. It just takes one moment to decide.

Yesterday was a huge milestone. We moved our son into his dorm room and hugged him goodbye.

It’s a moment of shock and awe and wonder and delight. All in one.

My son worked so hard to get here - to this moment. Earning two scholarships to go to the most enchanting college I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t be happier for him and can’t wait to see his next adventure unfold.

My husband and I wanted to cram him full of Worldly and wise advice and- well you can’t. You can only hug them and trust they’ve got it!

It’s hard to watch your kid fly the nest.

It’s the greatest joy to watch your kid fly the nest.

It’s everything you’ve ever waited for as a parent.

You never think it’s coming so soon.

It came in a flash.

Time is funny like that.
