The countdown is on for Play It Forward, our Centennial Alumni Fundraiser for Scholarships at the Indianola Country Club—and we’re just ONE WEEK AWAY!

Play It Forward: Alumni Fundraiser for Scholarships

Join us on June 6th for a revamped annual tradition as we celebrate our Centennial at Indianola Country Club! This year’s event brings more ways to play, connect, and give back, and all in support of alumni scholarships.

🏌️‍♂️ Golf Scramble
• Registration: 11:00 AM | Shotgun Start: 12:00 PM
• $100 individual | $400 team

🏓 Pickleball (Men’s & Women’s)
• Check-in: 8:00 AM | Play begins: 9:00 AM
• $60 per player (don’t forget your partner info!)

🀄 Mahjong
• Check-in: 1:00 PM | Play begins: 2:00 PM
• $40 individual | $400 to reserve a table of four

🍽️ Come & Go Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (included for all registered participants)

🥂 Spring Alumni Social: 6:00 PM

MDCC's Associate Degree Nursing Program is gearing up for their 16th Annual Nursing Excellence Banquet at 6PM on April 16, 2026 in the J.T. Hall Coliseum located on the Moorhead Campus. Tickets purchased by April 9th for the event are $25 and include dinner! PLEASE NOTE: any tickets purchased after that date will be $35.

Our ADN students are also currently selling $10 raffle tickets for an Apple Watch generously sponsored by CSpire, as well as additional items to be raffled off throughout the evening of the banquet. Please see an ADN Student or Faculty member first to purchase raffle tickets! Raffle tickets are also available for purchase online.

The Advancement & Alumni Office is pleased to announce expanded roles for its staff members.

Alan now serves as Executive Director, and Olivia joins the team full time as Advancement Specialist. Together, they remain committed to strengthening alumni engagement, growing philanthropic support and creating greater opportunities for MDCC students.

❄️ Due to anticipated inclement weather, all Mississippi Delta Community College campus locations will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 26 & 27.

Important details:

- Students: The College will transition to virtual learning. Please check Canvas on Monday for assignments and course instructions.
- Residence halls and the cafeteria will remain open.
- Employees: Only essential personnel are to report to their campus location.
