Thank you everyone for purchasing and participating. We will be here until 6:00, Old Moore Haven Elementary Cafeteria, please come to the front. Cash Only! You will be provided a receipt of purchase! We are sorry the broadcast was cut short, we do have a few items that were not sold! If you are interested in purchasing cafeteria tables, warmers, or cooling racks, please message us on this post. You can also pick up your items on Monday up until 3:00 and if not picked up by then we will sale to the second place bidder! If you have any questions, please let us know!

We will be doing a live Facebook Auction on these items. The auction will begin Friday at 4:00pm. We will have minimum bids for each item, dependingon the item, and then bids will be in $20.00 increments. Top bidder must pay in cash, and remove item by Monday, February 9th, 2026! If payment is not received by Monday at noon, the item will go to the second higher bidder! However, items must be removed by Monday at 5:00!! Again, this is a virtual auction, all you need to do is go to the Facebook Live scheduled to begin at 4:00 on Friday.

Tomorrow beginning at 12:00-3:00 we will be selling the cafeteria tables. We CAN NOT hold them for anyone. You must pay for them first and load immediately. Because of the interest, we are anticipating them all to be gone by 3:00. They are $50.00 a piece. We have 47 available. Please meet us at the cafeteria (old) Moore Haven Elementary School. Also, we cannot help you load them! You will need to bring help to load and remove.

Due to the demolition beginning sooner than originally planned, we have had to move the sale date up. The surplus sale has been moved to January 31st, at 9:00am. There will be a preview of all items on January 29th at 5:00. Close bids will be opened January 31st at 12:00 (Large items such as Trailers, Playground Equipment, Etc.) You will not want to miss your opportunity to purchase some great items at amazing cost! This is a ONE DAY only sale! No holds, as is, cash only, and no returns!!!
