Congratulations to all of our UPK students for all of your hard work this year. You have come so far. All of your teachers, parents, and loved ones are so proud of you. You demonstrated many of the skills you learned during the UPK celebration earlier this week. Great job!

What a great experience for the students of Mooers Elementary. Lena the Lizard Lady came to our school and gave our students a firsthand, up-close experience with her presentation of reptiles, lizards, and mammals. This was sponsored by our Moeerse PTP. Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to the Clinton County Historical Society for working so hard and giving all of our 4th & 5th Grade students an interactive historical book. There was a lot of collaboration by local community members and historians to create and bring crucial historical information to our students.

Our local school districts are looking forward to 9 October 2026, in the fall, as part of our America250/Battle of Valcour Island Commemoration Weekend, during which the Native North America Traveling College (https://nnatc.org/) will perform.

Last night was a spectacular performance by our 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade students who participated in the Mooers Elementary Spring Concert. It was virtually a packed house. Thank you, parents /guardians, and loved ones, for your support. And thank you to Mrs. Gail Roberts for donating the beautiful balloon arch and end pieces for our events to add a little more pizzazz to our event!

On behalf of the Mooers PTP (Parent Teacher Partnership) and I (Mr. Bush), we would like to thank all of the faculty and staff for their continued and tireless efforts each day to the students of Mooers Elementary. Please enjoy the meal that we have provided as a token of our appreciation. A huge shout-out to Pizza Bono for opening up early to provide this lunch for our staff!

The Northeastern Clinton Central School is pleased to announce that starting on March 2, 2026, registration for our Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) and Kindergarten programs will be available.

Our UPK programs run for a full day (8:00 AM - 2:20 PM) and follow our district calendar of 180 days. When a student is registered, they are enrolled within the district rather than at a specific school. To register, all students must have the required paperwork and the corresponding documents submitted to the NCCS Registrar. Your child will not be included in the lottery and placed on the waitlist unless all forms and documents are completed by Wednesday, April 1, 2026. A UPK lottery will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
