We have been in operation since 2009, offering professional fi****ms training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. We are dedicated to providing you realistic defensive fi****ms training and skills for the real world. We will not only teach you, but we will also provide the coaching you need to improve and shoot better. Instruction in Defensive Shooting, Iowa Permit, Concealed Carry, Home Defense. Training is provided to recreational shooters, private citizens interested in self-defense, and the armed professionals. T-M Fi****ms Training is owned and operated by Tim Milligan a retired Senior Correctional Officer (Sergeant) a Certified and experienced Instructor. Tim has trained with and been trained by some of the most influential instructors in the training and fi****ms industry. When training with us you will find a lifetime of training, experience, and knowledge that you will benefit from. At T-M Fi****ms Training we have trained private citizens, Law Enforcement Officers, security professionals, and other instructors. While we teach in a defensive context at T-M Fi****ms Training we strive to teach our students how to shoot better with greater precision and increase speed and accuracy for both recreational and defensive shooting. Your marksmanship skills, safe gun handling, and defensive skills are important to keeping you and others safe. Self-diagnosis and good gun handling are key to improvement and getting better during training and practice. We want you to shoot better and be safer at the end of the class than you did when you arrived. The mechanics and techniques we teach will allow you to improve and apply what you learn to defensive shooting and gain greater enjoyment in your recreational shooting as well. In the day of technology with E-Learning, You Tube, and distance learning we provide the essential hands on you will need to really get where you want to go with your shooting. Our methodology and approach have been proven over time and through thousands of students to work for almost everyone. Can happen anywhere. Awareness, readiness, speed and on body carry gun. The shot fire drove the criminal away and he dropped his gun in fleeing.

Both need to be combined with hands-on learning.
Everyone who has or carries a gun for defense should be better trained, as well or better trained than the average Law Enforcement Officer. That training requires time and commitment and ongoing training.

The “I’m good enough.” Minded people and not training. Some started out with guns at an early age and others got in much later. Hunting, target shooting, shooting with friends and family. For some a Hunters Safety Course. For others a minimalistic Concealed Carry Class. I did military and learned some things, moved into competitive shooting and learned some more things, corrections/law enforcement training/qualification and learned some more, and then I pursued being a better shooter and defensive shooting instructor and trained with great instructors and had great mentors and learned way more than I would have known otherwise in mindset and in skills. I am far better today because I trained and was trained and still train. Personal ongoing training is essential for anyone who carries. So, are you really, good enough when or should you be facing a criminal who has personal experience far exceeding yours and spends substantial time practicing his or her trade? A person who has willingness to kill for little gain or worse yet for personal pleasure of doing harm to others. So, are you really, good enough? Is there room for better?” The training can save your life and/or the life of others. Private citizens and armed professionals need to look inward. Move forward with your training and do not become stagnant or complacent.
