The Montrose High School Bands provide students in Montrose, Colorado with the highest standard of excellence in the performing arts in the areas of Marching, Concert, and Jazz Bands, and the Color and Winter Guard programs. The Montrose High School Band Program includes the "Pride of Montrose" Marching Band and Color Guard, the MHS Symphonic Band and Concert Band, the MHS Advanced and Intermediate Jazz Bands, and the MHS Winter Guard.

10 days. Countless reps. One seriously fired-up band. 😤🔥

We put in the work, turned up the heat, and left it ALL on the field. But this is just the beginning. The season is ahead, and the Pride of Montrose is ready to LIGHT IT UP. 🔥❤️🖤

Camp is over. The fire is just getting started.

Band camp is about more than sets, reps, and long days in the sun. ☀️🎶

It's the dance breaks between rehearsals. The water games that become all-out battles. The friendships that grow every day. And yes... the staff members who somehow always end up getting soaked. 💦😂

We work hard, but we know how to have fun, too. Because the best bands aren't just built through dedication—they're built through the moments that bring us together.

Day 8 was all gas, no brakes. We put in the work on the field, then went head-to-head in Band Olympics to see who could back up the talk. 🏆💦

The intensity is climbing. The competition is real. And this band is coming for everything this season. 🔥❤️🖤
