Join us this FALL for Change Is Possible: A Body Based Approach to Healing Racialized Trauma & Cocreating Anti-Racist Culture. (Formerly called My Grandmother’s Hands Study Groups).

This is a practice group rooted in Resmaa Menakem’s book My Grandmother’s Hands held by somatic facilitators.

There is a group for white folks and a group for BIPOC folks beginning this October. You can also sign up as an organization and an experienced facilitator will work with your group.

This is the time to be together.

Dismantling the systemic oppression of racism requires collective actions.

These study groups are a potent opportunity to deconstruct white supremacy from the inside out and work towards co-creating embodied liberation.
