I am currently being trained to tune pianos for the University of Arkansas in Monticello campus. I provide piano tunings (with a very accurate and precise electronic tuning device), and an extremely affordable rate and a fast turnaround time. If your piano has not been tuned for a long time (generally 6 months+) it will not hold a tuning until it has been tuned several times. In such cases I char

ge an hourly fee (because the first tuning will not suffice). The total charge to get the piano into a state where it will hold a tuning will be far less than if it were tuned multiple times. Please call for details. If you are interested in tips on how to maintain a piano tuning for a longer period of time please check out the videos I have posted to this page. Ill also post videos about the history of the piano as well as the art of tuning and Pythagoras, and other interesting things. Fluctuations in the temperature of the room that you piano is in may also contribute to your piano not holding a tuning. Avoid setting your piano beside doors and windows that are frequently opened, and vents.
