How to have Peace in the midst of chaos and turmoil?
Well if I had the magic potion, I would be selling out.
Peace is directly related to our faith; our trust. We do not trust other humans...LOL! BUT God we can always trust. He always tells the truth. He always keeps His promises. He never abandons us.
Peace is the state of mind to relax into the arms of God and KNOW everything is playing out as it should.
Christ came to this earth, we KNOW it.
Amazing Counselor
Eternal Father
Prince of Wholeness
Prince of Peace.
Hope Re-ignites

Defending and explaining yourself often?
As a Life Coach, this is a typical conversation with my clients. When we are in a twisted circumstance, the unhealthy person or person with an unhealthy pattern of communication will project onto the healthy one. The healthy one immediately goes into explanation/defense mode to clear it up. Stop.
What you need to realize is that your response is everything.
🟣 Step Back remove the emotions of confusion, disrespect, etc.
🟣 Respond with Facts Only respectfully-what happened & your boundaries in the future
🟣 Your Peace and Joy for YOUR life are reflected in the physical and emotional boundaries YOU set.

I have come out of a very healing 6 years...God kept me close. My abuse and trauma caused me to shrink away from the person God created.

Godly men allow women to relax into their feminine energy.
As a veteran single Mom I have had to tap into both the masculine and feminine energy. Survival mode of sorts.
This has been true in my past relationships as well.
Males and females both have masculine and feminine energy, but one should be stronger than the other to balance the energy in the relationship.
What are your thoughts?
