Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc. proudly recognizes CS ICC Charline Bethea as a distinguished recipient of our 50 Women Under 50 honor, celebrating women whose lives reflect leadership, faith, service, and transformational impact.

Charline Bethea is a Kingdom leader, healthcare professional, minister, educator, author, and visionary committed to empowering others through faith, healing, and purpose. With 26 years of nursing experience, she serves as a Registered Nurse with Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she has provided compassionate care across diverse healthcare settings. For the past six years, she has served as a travel nurse, bringing excellence, adaptability, and expertise to communities nationwide.

Throughout her career, Charline has led as a charge nurse, clinical supervisor, and preceptor, mentoring healthcare professionals and advocating for compassionate, high-quality patient care. Her leadership was especially impactful during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she ministered not only to physical needs but also to the emotional and spiritual well-being of patients and families.

Beyond healthcare, Charline has dedicated her life to ministry and leadership development. She faithfully served for ten years at Accomplishing Word Ministries in Memphis, Tennessee, including six years as Administrative Pastor, and currently serves within Ramah Gathering International Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Damien L. Sneed. Her passion is helping individuals recognize their God-given identity and walk boldly into their destiny.

A lifelong learner and scholar, Charline holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Divinity from Howard University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner degree, with an anticipated graduation in 2027, becoming the first doctoral graduate in her family.

Known as a preacher, prophet, intercessor, psalmist, and published author, Charline released her book Faith Unleashed in 2016, inspiring readers to live with faith, perseverance, and purpose. Through ministry, healthcare, education, missions, and humanitarian outreach, she continues to impact lives locally and globally.

Golden Legacy Matriarch Nominee

SC Sharon Clark is a devoted woman of faith, servant leader, caregiver, worshipper, and Kingdom builder whose life reflects a legacy of love, service, and unwavering commitment to God and community. Guided by the values of Serve • Love • Pray • Give • Honesty • Sisterhood, she believes true legacy is measured not by achievements alone, but by the lives touched, uplifted, and transformed through compassion and faith.

For many years, Sharon has faithfully served as a caregiver, viewing her work not simply as a profession but as ministry. Through patience, dignity, encouragement, and Christ-centered compassion, she has dedicated herself to supporting and uplifting others during vulnerable seasons of life.

Her Kingdom impact extends deeply into church and community service. Sharon faithfully serves on her church’s Deaconess Board, ministering through prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support. She also volunteers as a Pink Lady (Candy Striper) at her local community hospital, where for the past three years she has brought comfort, kindness, and hope to patients, visitors, and staff.

A passionate praise and worship singer, Sharon uses both her voice and tambourine to glorify God and encourage others into His presence. Worship remains central to her calling as she seeks to bring healing, peace, and hope through song and prayer.

Family stands at the center of her legacy. Sharon is the proud mother of three accomplished adult daughters, grandmother to nine grandchildren, great-grandmother to three beautiful great-grandchildren, with another blessing expected in August 2026. She has also shared twenty years of marriage with her loving husband, building a home grounded in faith, perseverance, love, and mutual respect. Completing their household is their beloved furry companion, Mason, who brings joy to their family.

As a matriarch, mentor, and woman of purpose, Sharon strives to create spaces where faith, unity, compassion, and generational wisdom flourish. Through worship, caregiving, service, prayer, and leadership, she continues to leave a Kingdom legacy that inspires others to walk boldly in faith and lead with love.

Her legacy is a life of worship, service, family, and unwavering faith—dedicated to lifting others while glorifying God. 🩷💜🩶🦅
