Montgomery ISD invites our community to attend the Grand Opening of our newest MISD facility, The DEN! Please join us on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 9:00am for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and public tours.

The DEN includes both the MISD Career and Technical Education Center and the Agricultural Science Center and will begin serving students at the start of the 25-26 school year. These facilities were made possible through our community's support of the 2022 Bond, and we are excited to share them with you!

💙 🦁 Lake Creek FFA – Let’s Live to Serve 🦁 💙

As devastating flooding continues to impact the Hill Country region of Texas, many families have lost everything. In true MISD/FFA spirit, it’s our time to step up and support those in need.

Lake Creek FFA will be collecting gift cards to send to Hunt ISD/Ingram FFA to support their affected families as they are over capacity on non-perishable donations, clothes and supplies for the time being.

Requested gift card types include:

🛒 Walmart
🛍️ HEB
🔨 Lowe’s
🏠 Home Depot
💳 Generic Visa/Mastercard

Please clearly label the amount that is on the card in perminate marker.

These cards will help families purchase essentials like food, bedding, cleaning supplies, repair materials and home goods as they begin to recover.

📍The Ag Teachers will be on campus, in the ag office everyday this week 2-4pm to collect cards. Please enter through door 22!

On July 4, 2025, unexpected and severe flooding hit Central Texas, leaving communities underwater and families in crisis. We are praying for all those affected and ask you to join us in lifting them up.

Lord, please surround every family, first responder, and community impacted by this flood with Your peace and comfort.

Day 2 is in the books….
And that’s a wrap for State Convention 2025! Today students got the opportunity to hear from & vote on incoming state officers positions. It was a great few days in Fort Worth for this crew!

It was a great first day at the 97th Annual Texas FFA Convention!! Today students attended the first general session— Focusing on where tradition meets legacy, heard from rodeo legend JB Mauney and rounded out the day with the Wyatt Flores Concert!
