Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Some people connect with understanding their thoughts.
Others need to process deeper experiences.
Some find change through the body, or through more holistic practices.

At the Mind Body Therapy Collective, our practitioners offer a wide range of holistic therapy approaches so you can find support that meets you where you are.

Every family develops its own way of functioning — patterns of communication, roles, and ways of handling stress or emotion. And these behaviors can affect everyone in the family in obvious ways, or in ways we might not realize.

Family therapy offers a supportive space to step back and examine family dynamics together — not to assign blame, but to build understanding, improve communication and connection, reduce conflict, build coping skills, and identify underlying concerns like stress, grief, or trauma.

Getting started can feel scary. Our warm and supportive family therapists are here to help.

If you think your family would benefit from family therapy, use the link in our bio to learn more about our therapists and reach out for help taking the first step.

Boundaries are not about pushing people away, but about protecting your peace and energy. And oftentimes, it can be hard to maintain them.

If you find any of these 5 signs resonating with you, you might benefit from giving your boundaries a little more attention.

It can be scary to begin to hold our boundaries, but small changes can have big effects. Noticing when you agree to something you don’t want to, when you dread something, or when certain people or situations drain you can be a good start.

Politely declining (‘I’m sorry, I can’t’ really is okay, suggesting an alternative that better honors your needs and limits, or journaling or reflecting on what strong boundaries would look like for you can help you begin to make them.

And if you feel you need some help, our expert team of compassionate and judgement-free therapists are here for you.

We often think of mental health as something we only need to focus on when things feel really difficult.

But the reality is, the pace and demands of modern life can take a toll on all of us — even when we’re “coping” – and it can be easy for our mental health to take a backseat.

Looking after your mental health doesn’t have to mean big changes. Small, consistent shifts can make a real difference over time.

Getting outside, practicing gratitude, and making space for rest and reflection can do more than we realize. And taking care of ourselves now can prevent stress and burnout in the future.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or stretched, this might be a place to start.

And if you think you might need more help, our warm and supportive therapists are here to help.
