🏈🏐🍊 **GAME DAY CREW SCHEDULE** 🍊🏐🏈

Here’s the Game Day Crew schedule with current assignments for Fall Sports. We wanted to get the full schedule out so everyone can save it and have an easy reference throughout the season.

Those who have signed up will also receive an email reminder the day before their assignment with the details.

**If a conflict comes up and you’re unable to work your scheduled shift, we simply ask that you arrange for someone to cover it for you.** There’s no need to notify the Athletic Club of the change—just make sure your substitute has all the details they need for the assignment.

We do still have two open gate assignments:
• **Friday, Sept. 25 — Homecoming**
• **Monday, Sept. 28 — JV Football**

If you can cover either of those, the signup is still open. Otherwise, save this caledar and keep it handy for your upcoming Game Day Crew assignments!

THANKS FAM!!!

The response to our first Game Day Crew sign-up has been outstanding. 37 volunteers have stepped up to fill 71 of our 76 available spots! Several have taken multiple assignments, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who has volunteered their time to help make our fall athletic events happen.

Only FIVE spots remain on the entire schedule, but right now we need your help with THREE coming up fast:

Monday, Aug. 24
• Football — JV vs. Southern — Gate #1 — 6:15–7:15 PM
• Volleyball — JV vs. Southern — Concessions — 1 spot 3:30PM

Tuesday, Aug. 25
• Volleyball — JV vs. Sparta — Concessions — 1 spot 3:30PM

Last night, the Monroe Academy Athletic Club was honored to receive a new American flag from a group representing WoodmenLife Chapter 1057, including MA alumnae Beth (Black) Womack (’72) and Anna Black (’76).

The new flag will proudly fly over Volunteer Field throughout the 2026 football season.

We are grateful for this generous gift and thankful to have community members and alumni who continue to support Monroe Academy and share our love for this great country.

Thank you to WoodmenLife Chapter 1057, Beth, Anna, and everyone involved for your generosity and support of Monroe Academy. We’ll be proud to see this flag flying over Volunteer Field this fall.
