The off-season isn't for slacking—it’s for leveling up. Whether you want to jump higher, run faster, or just feel more confident in your own skin, the Jefferson Female Student Athlete Summer Strength Training program is where it happens.

Led by Coach Matt Ely I.P.P.T., this course is built specifically for Jefferson MS and HS female athletes to build power, prevent injuries, and grow together as a team.

When: Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Starting June 15th)
Where: Jefferson Training Facility
Cost: $0 (Completely free for Jefferson middle and high school athletes!)

As we close another successful school year and begin summer break, I want to thank each of you for your hard work, dedication, and support. Together, we have celebrated achievements, overcome challenges, and created lasting memories.
I hope everyone takes time this summer to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. Stay safe, have fun, and make the most of the opportunities summer brings.

Meet Up and Eat Up is back for Summer 2026! We are offering NO-COST, 7-day meal bundles to ANY child 18 & under.

There are NO income or location requirements—everyone in the community is welcome, not just Jefferson families! Help support our schools by spreading the word and picking up your bundles.
